Your booking details

The session request form uses your name, email address, preferred date and time, and optional training goals to prepare an email to Tyler. The website does not send the form to a server or save it in a database.

Your details stay in the current page until you open your email application or copy the draft. You must send the email yourself. After you send it, Tyler and the email providers process the message to arrange your session. Reloading or leaving the page clears the form.

Please do not include medical information in the booking form. Discuss anything relevant directly with Tyler.

Cookies and external services

This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts and Tyler's photograph are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process basic technical access logs.

External links to maps, Microsoft Bookings and YOUR Personal Training are covered by those services' privacy policies. An embedded Microsoft booking calendar, when enabled, connects to Microsoft to display available appointments.

Contact and retention

Tyler uses enquiries to respond to you and arrange coaching, not to add you to a marketing list. Contact him to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of your booking information.

Before public launch, Tyler needs to confirm the business's controller details, hosting provider, lawful basis and retention periods in this notice.
